Revamping Social and Labour Plans
Project Overview: A leading mining company was struggling with community dissatisfaction despite having Social and Labour Plans (SLPs) in place. The plans, though well-intentioned, were not meeting the actual needs of the local community, leading to unrest and a strained relationship between the company and the community.
Empowering Local Enterprises Through ESD
